Children presented their manifestoes this week and then a vote was held to elect our new school council members. The results were announced today in a special assembly and all new members were welcomed to their roles.

October is Black History month. We are all learning about the achievements and influence of black people from all cultures and countries around the world. We have been learning about Pablo Fanque, Bob Marley and Rosa Parks , among many others . Each class is learning about one influential black person and we are sharing our findings in a whole school display.
We look forward to welcoming prospective parents to come and look around our school on Saturday 2nd October
