This term we will study Hinduism. For our first week we will look at how we show our loved ones we care for them.

Draw some flower petals and write on them a reason why you like/love someone. Form them into a flower and draw a stem.

Art

Our topic this half term is Space Explorers - in Art we are going to focus on sculpture. 

Today, I would like you to learn different ways to create effects with paper e.g. folding, twisting, curling, scrunching, ripping, cutting etc.  The only resources you will need are: any colour(s) of paper, glue and a rigid base which could be a round piece of cardboard e.g. from a cereal box.

History

The history is set as a 2 Do on Purple Mash. Choose the template for your child to answer the key line of enquiry questions on (lined or unlined).

Make a poster with a list of your resolutions, remember to start each promise  with a capital letter and use a full stop at the end.

This term we are studying the human body and our senses.

Oh wow some aliens have been in contact with Mrs Smith. They want to know what a human being is.

Draw yourself and label as many parts of your body as you can. How many parts have you labelled?

Draw an alien foot and label it then look closely at your foot and label it.

Refering to the drawings write a list of things that are the same then write a list of things that are different.
