A message from Mrs Keighley

Hello everyone,

I hope you enjoyed the holiday and spent lots of time outdoors in this glorious sunshine. Thank you for entering my little bird competition, well done to the winners who will be able to enjoy bird spotting themselves using their i-spy book!

Look at the picture below and see if you can name the bird on my bird feeder today. It was the first time I've seen one in my garden.

I showed Mrs Smith a tiny hole in my old stone garden wall that the blue tits fly into without stopping and she was amazed, they keep flying in and out with bugs in their beaks feeding the baby birds. I have to keep topping up all my bird baths with water so they can drink and cool themselves down in this hot weather.
