Discuss with your child that the verbs in instructions can sound 'bossy'.
Ask your child to follow some instructions. i.e.
Put hands on heads. Rub hands together. Pat your stomach. Go to the door. Stand on the first step. Turn around.
Ask your child to think of some instructions for you to follow.
