Microsoft Teams
A letter will be sent via Purple Mash to invite you to our Teams meetings.
It will include all the dates and times for this week.
English:
The English document will be uploaded each day on Purple Mash as a 2do.
Alongside will be a 2do video of the next part of the story and 2do template for the activity, alternatively your child can write their work and a picture of your child's work can be up loaded to Purple Mash.
Maths:
The maths videos will now be uploaded on to Purlple Mash.
Alongside will be a 2do with the work sheets and a 2do for a maths warm up.
Please continue to upload the completed work on Purple Mash.
To support your child with their maths in school we use counter/cubes, it would be beneficial if your child could use button/pasta/small toys/raisins anything you have available that your child can use to count with.
Phonics:
A phonics teach video will be uploaded to Purple Mash each day introducing/recapping the day's tricky word and phonics sound.
A phonics document will be uploaded (on a Monday) as a 2do on Purple Mash with activities for your child to complete each day.
Friday - R.E. (work set by Mrs Hind)
Last week we learnt about the Puja tray that the Hindus use at home when praying.
Can you recall what the 5 senses are that we have. (Sight, smell, hearing, touch and taste). All of these are used when the Hindus pray.
Explore a piece of chocolate with all your senses. Think about what you feel, hear, taste, touch and smell. Do you think the experience is better if you use all your senses?
