Oh no! A Lego figure has arrived in our class trapped in a ball of ice. Can you help him escape? How? smash the ice -TW, put it in the sun to melt - AS, put it in the oven - AH, pour hot water on it - FH, hit it with a hammer - JF, cut it - JB. The children chose to investigate if they could save the figure by pouring warm water over the ice. They found out that the warm water started to melt the ice around the figure. One group were able to help the figure escape.
