Comparing and contrasting versions of the Marathon story
The Agora
We travelled to Ancient Athens to visit the Agora (market place) each child was given a role as an Ancient Athenian citizen, we had to talk to other citizens to find out who they were and what business they had visiting the Agora. This helped us learn more about the Ancient Greek social hierarchy and how lives of people living in Ancient Greece were different.
