Summer 1

Being my Best - Today, we thought about ways to keep our bodies and minds healthy! We shared the book "Find Your Happy" and thought about the things that make us happy!

We enjoyed a trip to the 1RL spa!

We enjoyed some Yoga and mindfulness.

Exploring our emotions using "The Colour Monster."

We looked at a range of different foods using the "eat well guide" and talked about how different foods are good for our bodies.

We talked about the importance of oral health too.
