‘Being my Best’- Today, we thought about ways to keep our bodies and minds healthy! We looked at a range of different foods using the 'eat well guide' and talked about how different foods are good for our bodies. We planned a healthy picnic for the Jubilee.

We know it's important to keep our minds healthy - "I like to chill out on the sofa with a hot lemon and honey", "I like to sit with cucumber on my eyes", "I like to play with my friends", "I like to hug my Mummy", "I like to do yoga". We enjoyed a trip to the 1RL spa!

We talked about the importance of oral health too.

We enjoyed a skipping workshop!
