STEM afternoon with Massey 17th May
Today we had a visit from Johnson Matthey to take part in some STEM actviities. We were given a brief; to produce the tallest radio tower. We had a 'shop' to buy our items from, team member roles, dowels and elastic bands and an advertisement to produce. We first experimented with joins to build a cube and pyramid and then had time to work together to produce our structures. Our teamwork was fantastic!
