Spring term 2

This half term we will be studying 'The Queen's Croquet-Ground'chapter from Lewis Carroll's story - Alice In Wonderland.

We held a grand procession just like in the chapter we are studying. We had soldiers, courtiers, Royal children, the Knave of Hearts who carried the crown on a cushion followed by the King and Queen of Hearts and finally the white rabbit!

We looked at a croquet set and learnt that they are called a mallet, balls, arches and a peg which is used to end the game!
