Tasting a range of vegetables and gathering vocabulary to describe how they look (appearance), feel (texture) and taste.

Our design brief is to make a vegetable kebab. We looked at four products in order to evaluate them. We thought about what vegetables were used, how they looked and what skills were used in their making .
