Keeping Safe

This half term's focus was about keeping safe in all situations, the children looked at the positives but also the dangers of having access to the internet, as well as bike safety. The children looked at a range of scenarios and discussed the best actions for each and how they can keep themselves safe and what they should do. The children were very excited by having some visitors who gave the children a short workshop in first aid training, looking at how to put people in the recovery position, what to do when someone is choking and how to apply a bandage. Some children were excited to practice their newly learned skills on Mr Taylor.
