We thought about the word ‘caretaker’ and how it has the word take and care in it. We wrote questions to ask Mrs Backhouse and Mr Jackson who are the caretakers of our school and they came in to answer them. We learnt the Mrs Backhouse cleans our classroom and Mr Jackson opens up the school every morning. They are both very busy looking after our school.
We thought about our wonderful world and it inspired us to collect natural objects to make a collage with. Mrs Worsley was impressed with our designs.
