Amazing Me

We have been thinking about all of the things that make us special.

We thought about our hopes and dreams and we made our own wishes for the future.

We made an 'I can' tree to show all of the things we can do.

We thought about positive ways to describe ourselves and we made our own medals.

Spring 2 - Sport Relief

We ran and walked around the field for 30 minutes. We were very tired when we finished. Thank you to all the parents who came to join us and help.

Team Building

In class we have been doing team building games and activities.

Challenge 2

We made simple newspapers or videos about school. We had to work as a team with different roles and responsibilities.

Winter Fun

We had fun playing in the snow. We were trying to make an igloo!

Spring 1 - Differences

We have been finding out about the Winter Olympics and the Paralympics. We looked at some of the participants, their countries and their lives.

We looked at the values and the attributes they need in order to succeed in a sport and investigated the campaign 'Become the Light'.

We had a go at the sport of curling. We worked as part of a team in order to gain the most points. It was great fun!

This half term we have been finding out about the term 'bullying'. We talked about the different types of bullying behaviour and the roles played by different people in a situation.

We looked at the painting 'The Fight' by L.S. Lowry. We used charcoal to recreate the painting.
