Miss Markham began by reading us a variety of poems and we had to write a word that linked them. The majority of us wrote fireworks and some wrote bonfire.
We then created a firework picture and write verbs around it which will help us with our poetry writing.
Autumn comes .... poems, we used an adjective to describe the noun and a present tense verb. Miss Markham was impressed!
