National Numeracy Day
We shared the book “One is a Snail, Ten is a Crab.” This book has lots of great images to help us “count by feet.” For example, a crab has ten feet, a snail has one foot, and a dog has four feet, for a total of fifteen feet. We spoke about different combinations to create different numbers.
