We have been looking at the song "I'll Be There". The song was recorded by The Jackson 5 and released by Motown Records on August 28, 1970 as the first single from their Third Album on the same date. "I'll Be There" was The Jackson 5's fourth number one hit in a row. We listened to the song and played along to the riff.  We know this is the repeated series of notes, chord pattern or musical phrase within a song.
