Minibeasts

We have set up a snailery using objects found in their natural habitat. 

We are learning about minibeasts and we began by studying spiders. We went on a spider hunt around the school grounds!

We looked at a spider's egg sac which was found by the reception on class on their Welly Wednesday walk.  

The powerful magnifier showed us the sac on the interactive whiteboard!
