Researching about the workhouse and mill working conditions

This half term we will be learning about World War 1.

We found out which countries were allies and which countries were the central powers.

We asked some WW1 soldiers what life was really like.

We really enjoyed a visit from Bill who brought in his collection of WW1 memorabilia and told us about families that went to war.
