We have been finding out about a variety of charities in the local community. We looked at the types of items that can be donated to charity shops.

We located as many different charity shops as we could find on a map of Clitheroe. There were quite a lot! Then we drew maps to show how we could reach them to deliver donations.

We linked giving donations with our recycling topic in Geography too. We looked at the ways charity shops can recycle items for money to help others with medicines or food.

We made our own recycled paper as a way of reducing waste.
