Mrs Smith told the children the Christmas story.
The children learnt about the Christingle and what each part represents.
The children looked at some artist work showing Jesus the light of the world. The children then used water colours to paint their own interpretations of Jesus the light of the world.
We began our topic thinking about light. We discussed how the light and dark makes us feel.
