This half term the children will be studying fairy tales and recounts.
Using the iPads and the iMovie app the children created their own movie trailer for the wedding day. They used several pictures from the wedding and wrote some captions about the wedding day.
On Tuedsay, all the KS1 children attended a wedding. They had a wonderfull time reenacting the ceremony, havin their pictures taken and toasting the bride and groom at the wedding reception.
The children have been finger space detectives.
The children have been learning about capital letters. They used QR codes to match the capital letters to the lowercase letters.
The children have been studying the fairy tale Hop-Toads and Pearls. They have been considering what the main character might look like and what kind of person she is. The children created a collage of the main character.
