Using place value counters to make 3-digit numbers. We explored subtraction and exchanging a hundred for ten tens.
We played a game to help develop our knowledge of place value and improve our knowledge of hundreds, tens and ones. We used arrow cards and played in teams of 3 and 4. It was great fun!
Outdoor Starter - we visited 10 stations and recorded the number represented by Base 10.
