Autumn 1

This half term we have been investigating electrical circuits and how to make a finished product with a bulb.

Week 7

Here are the first of our finished lamps. They look amazing.

Week 4

This week we have started to create our designs. We had to stay within certain criteria. We can't wait to make!

Week 2

This week we have been investigating torches. We deconstructed a torch to investigate the parts needed to make it work. We were fascinated by the switch and the way it opened and closed the circuit.

Week 1

This week we researched important inventors. We found out that Alessandro Volta created the first electric battery in 1799.
