The wings on the wire sculptures were painted

with watercolours.

We are looking at sculptures this half term. We have made paper sculptures and clay sculptures. Clare Bigger will be visiting us soon to demonstate how to make wire minibeast sculptures.

We studied the story of 'The Gunpowder Plot' then drew picturesf Guy Fawkes using charcoal.

We looked at the art work of the Brazilian artist Romero Britto.

We drew houses in his style - colourful, bright, happy and patterned with black outlines.
