This term, we will be designing, making and evaluating fruit salads. We started by developing our food vocabulary... describing how they look, feel, smell and taste.
We discussed the importance of sustainability - we added our waste to go into the food waste bin.
Evaluating products. We commented on what we liked about the products, and why. We explored the skills and equipment used and needed to create them.
Learning and practising how to chop, cut and juice different fruits in preparation for our fruit salads.
