We have been retelling the story of “The Snail and the Whale.”
We wrote postcards to the sea snail to tell him all about what we saw on our travels.
We shared the story of “What the Ladybird Heard at the Seaside.” Using some excellent vocabulary, we helped the ladybird in describing the setting.
What a lovely way to start the half term. The children have been very excited about our new topic, "Happy Holidays." There have been a lot of enthusiastic, happy, and busy children in our classroom!
