Summer 1 - Singing
We have enjoyed listening to the sounds we might hear in a city. We thought about how a car might sound or the chimes made by Big Ben. We made these sounds with our voices.
We learnt the traditional song ‘London Bridge is Falling Down’. We added movement amd actions to mimic what is happening in the song.
We thought about the countryside and the sounds we might hear. We used to voices to imitate these sounds such as waves crashing and seagulls flying. Then we learnt ‘Lavenders Blue’ and discussed what the song is about.
