A visit from a variety of animals helped us to consider characteristics of living things, as well as how they have adapted to their habitat and protect themselves from predators.
Searching in microhabitats. What can we find?
Using the animals with the Gruffalo, we identified animals living within different microhabitats within the woodland habitat. We then added conditions within that microhabitat to describe what it's like there.
