Spring 2

How do Jewish people show care? We have explored how tzedakah (charity) is an important aspect to life for Jews. We discussed how when we give something, we don’t need to receive something back. We made card for someone to show we care, without expecting something back.

We learned about why the festival of Sukkot it’s important to Jews, and spoke about how a sukkah is like a home where Jews eat and spend time together, as well as reminding themselves of God’s protection.

We listened to the story of “Noah’s Ark” and thought about how Jewish people believe they can put their trust in God. We went outside and made rainbows of hope!
