Spring 1 - Islam
This term our focus question is ‘ How might beliefs about creation affect the way people treat the world? ‘ We will examine the Muslim belief in Allah as creator.
We thought about why caring for our planet is important. We looked closely at some natural items and took photographs to show how amazing they are. We talked about who is responsible for taking care of our world.
We know that Islam teaches that humans have a special role to be caretakers of the planet.
We reflected on how we treat the natural world and our duty to look after it.
