It has been wonderful to have a full class of children. We listened to the story "Our Class is a Family." We discussed how Cherry Class is our class family as well as how to be kind and caring to one another. We created a "Cherry Class family portrait."

Miss Lancaster’s mum very kindly gave us a tree. We decided to make cherries to create a cherry tree. We think it looks wonderful in our classroom!
Our first week in Cherry Class. What a wonderful time we have had. We have been busy exploring our new classroom and making new friends. We are so proud of how kind and sensible the children have been and I know you will be very proud too! All of the children have demonstrated our school rules of being ready, respectful and safe.
