School Olympic Day
Unfortunately due to the bad weather we didn’t get to go outside to participate in a variety of Olympic sports. However, we still got to develop our athletic skills with the Sportscool coaches, we learnt about the history of the Olympics and how this has changed over time and we created our own Olympic event.
#letgirlsplay (International Women’s Day)
3T and 2/1M joined forces with the rest of the school to take part in the campaign #letgirlsplay which encourages girls to participate in sport. So we set up 3 sports/sections for the children to go and play with every child encouraged to go and try a new sport or something they don’t play regularly. The children had lots of fun working with 2/1M.
