Materials

We tested the hardness of materials.

We used a light metre on the iPad to observe the Lux reading of different materials when light is shone through it.

We investigated what happens when heat is applied to conductors and insulators.

We used water, sieves, filters and magnets to separate a mixture of salt, soil, cork, paper clips and sand.
