Materials

We tested the hardness of materials and considered the degree of trust in our experiment.

We used a light meter on the iPad to take the lux reading when shining a light through different materials.

We investigated what happens when heat is applied to conductors and insulators.

We used water, sieves, filters and magnets to separate a mixture of salt, soil, cork, paper clips and sand.
