Autumn 1 - Christianity
We talked about our wonderful world. We looked at the good aspects of the world within our school grounds.
We were disappointed to find some litter!
We enjoyed singing the following song:
Telling the story of the creation using objects
What fantastic work!
We made a living thing to add to the land, sea or sky.
We learnt about the importance of Harvest
We enjoyed learning the song ‘All things bright and beautiful’
We throughly enjoyed a visit from a ‘Godly Play’ company who told us the story of creation. We reflected on the story and we responded to ‘I wonder .....’ questions.
We were able to use other stories from the Bible to retell using the Godly Play objects!
