Week 6
In Art, we have been learning how the Ancient Egyptians made paper!
This term, the children explored the fascinating process of how papyrus was created thousands of years ago. After learning about the traditional technique, the children had a go at making their own versions in class. They loved getting hands-on, experimenting with layers, patterns and texture to recreate Egyptian-style paper. It was a brilliant mix of history, creativity and teamwork!

Our children love spending time in our school library!
Each week, we get to visit the school library to enjoy a wide range of books, discover new authors, and develop our love of reading. Our pupils love exploring stories, sharing books with friends, and choosing their next exciting read. Our weekly library sessions are a special part of our school week and help us to celebrate the joy of reading together.
