Online safety is a vital part of the curriculum at Pendle, ensuring that children understand how to navigate the digital world safely and responsibly. Pupils are taught online safety both weekly and over the course of each half term, with lessons carefully structured to build their knowledge and confidence. These sessions cover key topics such as safe browsing, respectful communication and recognising online risks. To support families, the school offers access to a range of resources and guidance. Due to the nature of these materials and the content being adult led, they are not published here on the class pages of the school website, but are available upon request.
