Admission to Reception Class.  Applications for admission to Primary Schools are done on-line to Lancashire County Council; please click on the link at the bottom of this section for further information and to apply for a school place.  The national closing date for completing your Primary Application is 15^th January each year for the following September.

September Reception Intake. If you have a child due to start school in the Reception Intake in September 2027, and you missed our Open Morning, which was held on 30th Sept. '26 please phone the school office on 01200 423539, and we can arrange an alternative time for you to view our school.

In Year Admissions. If your child is already of school age and you are interested in a place at our school you are welcome to phone school on 01200 423539 to arrange a viewing however, from 01/11/2021 Lancashire County Council will deal with the admission of your child.

Appeal for a school place

If your child has been refused a place at our school, you may appeal the decision of the admissions authority.

Your reasons for appealing will then be considered by an independent panel at an appeal hearing. You will have the chance to attend the appeal hearing and present your case.
