Once again we have been overwhelmed by exceptional pieces of home work brought in this term. Thankyou for your support with this. The children have been so enthusiastic and it has been lovely to hear of activities you have been doing with them.
All children in school are enjoying Zumba lessons today - what a way to end the term with our visiting Zumba dance teacher !
Our Year 5 and 6 swimmers represented school in the Schools Sports Partnership Swimming Gala on Wednesday 29th March. All swimmers did amazingly well and we were thrilled to win the event overall. Congratulations to all children and to our swimming teachers who have been working hard with children each week in swimming lessons.
Congratulations to our dance club for their amazing performance at the Hyndburrn and Ribble Valley dance Festival which took place at the Oswaldwistle Civic Theatre . You were brilliant and it it was lovely to see you overcome your nerves and enjoy yourselves. Thanks to Mrs Wilde for your hard work with the club !
Thanks to FOPS for organising our sponsored Bunny Run on Friday 24th March . What a fun day and a huge success ! Every child in school took part and it was lovely to see so many parents turning up to cheer us all on. Thank you for collecting your sponsors to help raise funds for school .
Two of our netball teams enjoyed taking part in a local Netball Festival at Stonyhurst College. All girls and boys played brilliantly - well done to everyone !
