Summer 1 Christianity
This term we are visiting the religion of Christianity again. This time we are concentrating our learning to find out what it means to belong to something - Beavers, Rainbows. Class 1D, a Church.
The children will look at symbols connected to Christianity and the importance and relevance of parts of a Church.
To begin with we looked at symbols and described what they mean. The cross, bread and wine, the lamb, symbol of a fish, candle and the dove.
This week the children have been busy making churches with a partner. Well done 1D they are looking fantastic.
