Science
Shadow experiments and having a go at learning CPR from St John's Ambulance.
Science teachers from Ribblesdale High School presented a STEM week assembly and we have been busy investigating Light.
As part of our Science topic on Earth and Space, we enjoyed a visit from a mobile planetarium. Once inside, we went on an amazing 3D space journey through the planets and our solar system.
In Science we researched an aspect of Earth and Space and then presented our projects to the rest of the class. We were marked out of 10 for how attractive our research was, how clearly we spoke about our findings and how well we answered questions.
The children also made balloon powered rockets and we tested them and considered how the design could be improved.
