Monty The Penguin

Mrs Kennerley decided it would be a lovely idea to send home a class pet each week with a different child. It’s a great way of immersing children in writing in a really fun way.

Each week a child picked at random writes a diary entry of Monty’s adventures with their family.

The inspiration for Monty came from the John Lewis 2014 advertisement. The children have watched it and loved it!
