Let's Celebrate!

We were proud to perform our Christmas Nativity for our families and friends.

We have been learning all about the Jewish festival Hanukkah. We shared our ideas on what we are thankful for which we added into our handmade Torah scrolls. We found out that The Hanukkah Menorah is a special nine branched candle which is lit during the celebration. We worked in teams to make our own Hanukkah Menorah candles. We think that we did a great job!

Children in Need

We have had so much fun this week learning all about the Hindu festival of Diwali. We made diva lamps with clay, created Rangoli artwork, designed Mehndi patterns and finished off with a Hindu stick dance.
