We know going outdoors improves our mental health and wellbeing. Here are 5 reasons why it's so good to go outdoors and exercise. 1. It gives us a break from busy schedules. 2. Sport participation and physical activity lowers anxiety. 3. It has a positive impact on mental health. 4. It helps us top up on vitamin D. 5. The outdoors relieves stress and anxiety.
We played LET'S CONNECT bingo This activity helped us make new connections with our classmates. Who likes pizza; has a cat; enjoys swimming; can play a musical instrument, likes football etc.
