Building firm, rigid structures

We used large, plastic bricks, left and duplo.  We began by building a tower but realised that one gentle touch made the tower tumble down.  We then looked at overlapping the bricks so that the structure (wall) was strong and rigid.

We looked at how builders construct a wall at the end of the lesson too.
