Blocked Learning Day: Being my Best

Every day, we make choices which can help us to be our very best self! We have explored a variety of ways to make healthy choices. Within this, we focussed a lot on our mental health and spoke about our brain. We said mental health means how our brain copes with things that challenge us. We spoke about things we can do to calm us or reassure us when things don’t go as planned.
