Year 6 Transition

Hello, 

We have only had a very small amount of questions sent in regarding transition, after reviewing the questions most of these are questions mostly from parents who have questions about the daily running of the schools and not questions from Y6 about any transition worries - which is absolutely fine -but as we want to make sure we provide you with acurate information, we have therefore contacted the 3 local secondary schools and been advised that they are all planning transition virtual sessions where these questions will be answered as well as sending out information packs, they have said that the best way to keep up to date is to follow their pages on social media, they all use Facebook or Twitter.
