Week 3
We played a warm up game called ‘Not in my backyard’! We had to use an over arm throw to get the shuttlecocks over to the opposite team.
‘Not in my backyard’
We used a straight arm, palm facing to the sky and turned into our throw when throwing a javelin and a nerf torpedo. We improved our throws during the session!
